The singer and her son Milan had a little scare when they ran into the animals, but luckily they weren’t harmed. However, Shakira’s bag didn’t have as much luck, as it was taken and damaged by the boars before she could recover it. Shakira took to her Instagram Stories to show her fans the aftermath of the incident.

In a recent interview, the singer hilariously recounted a memorable incident involving wild boars trying to snatch her bag, which had her phone and other belongings inside. Shakira, who shares two sons, Milan and Sasha, with her partner Gerard Pique, asked Milan to validate her wild boar encounter story. As reported by the Associated Press, a judge decided in July that there’s sufficient proof to proceed with a trial.
